Learn about Ohio Wildlife Center, the natural history of Ohio’s native wildlife, coexisting with wildlife and the inspirational stories of our animal residents. Animals vary but may include native Ohio mammals, reptiles and birds. 

Ohio Wildlife Center is dedicated to fostering awareness and appreciation of Ohio’s native wildlife through rehabilitation, education and wildlife health studies. We have the state’s largest, donation-supported Wildlife Hospital with on-site veterinary care for wildlife rehabilitation along with a 20-acre outdoor Education Center in Powell housing sixty non-releasable animal ambassadors used for educational programs to the public.

Container Gardening – Come join Master Gardener Volunteer Kathy Orr as she takes you through the process of creating beautiful container gardens throughout the season, including plants suitable for fall and winter containers. Kathy will show you how different containers can be used in the home landscape, including in small spaces. 

1PM - 2023 Dispatch Backyard Garden Awards Winner’s Ceremony presented by Oakland Nurseries and Columbus Dispatch
The Fall Home Show will showcase and announce the winners of the Dispatch Backyard Garden Awards presented by Oakland Nurseries on Saturday, Sept. 10th at 1PM. Winners will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Dispatch and get to take home prizes up to $3000 in Oakland Nursery gift cards.

2PM - Fun, Easy Treats with Our CupCakery
Fall is a great season to make fun easy treats! Sample of a sweet treat while you watch us decorate easy to do at home, sweet, cute, and cool treats for the upcoming holidays. Our CupCakery is a boutique bakery in Dublin, Ohio. We specialize in custom order desserts with a focus in cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and cake pops for all occasions including corporate events and weddings.
