Jim Gill is a musician and author with unique credentials among children's artists. He is a child development specialist, completing his graduate studies in child development at the Erikson Institute of Chicago with a special emphasis on the study of play. For this reason, each of Jim's recordings and books is created as an opportunity for playful interactions between children and caring adults. Anyone who has experienced one of Jim' s concerts knows that rather than performing for the children, Jim leads everyone to sing and play together!
See Jim Gill perform on the Logan A/C and Heat Services Home Stage on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 1pm and 3pm to hear energizing rhythms on his banjo while everyone sings, claps, and dances along to his silly and inspiring musical games. Each concert is more than a show to watch – it is an opportunity for play! Jim promises to share a nonstop selection of sing-alongs, dance-alongs, finger plays and tongue twisters. The concert will end with a read-along and sing-along of one of Jim’s musical books, May There Always Be Sunshine. Jim will share artwork that children from across the country have created based on his book and encourage children in the audience to share their own “May there always be” wishes with him after the concert!

There’s a special spark between HGTV twins Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis. If you’ve ever seen them in action, you’ll agree: The connection they share is deep *and* tear-jerkingly heartwarming. They made their debut on Unsellable Houses in 2019. Their captivating assistance in renovating and staging homes, which were struggling to sell, led to HGTV renewing them for the second, third, fourth, and fifth seasons in 2023. They’ve also competed on Rock the Block season 3 and season 5, and appeared in Erin and Ben Napier’s Home Town spin-off Home Town Kickstart.

Home renovation expert and designer Keith Bynum, along with his partner, builder, and carpenter Evan Thomas, dream of restoring Detroit's iconic American neighborhoods one house at a time. They strip houses down to the studs and design fully furnished starter homes. The duo developed an interest in Detroit revitalization and moved to Motor City to start their own company focusing on buying, renovating, and selling real estate.
Keith brings a new perspective to the traditional flip model, and his passion for the Detroit community has inspired a more sustainable and economical approach to renovations. Evan's analytical and research experience gives them a fresh perspective on market and project analysis. Evan also utilizes his extensive experience in process analysis to create efficiency and cost savings on home construction. Although newcomers to the Detroit area, they have fallen in love with the city and look forward to contributing to the continued revitalization efforts of Detroit. The pair also competed on Season 3 of Rock the Block and Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge.
